WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR
The AIDA 2 Freediving Course is designed for people who feel comfortable in the water or who have completed the AIDA 1 course. It is for anyone who wants to learn freediving from the basics, understand physiology, breathing techniques, risk management, the buddy system, and become an independent freediver capable of diving to depths of up to 20 meters.
COURSE GOAL:

Comfortable diving to depths between 12 m and 20 m

Learning proper finning techniques both in the pool and in open water

Breath-holding for 2 minutes+

Learning the buddy system and rescue techniques both at depth and in the pool

Learning and practicing pool and open-water freediving disciplines such as Static Apnea (STA), Dynamic Apnea (DYN), Free Immersion (FIM), Constant Weight with fins (CWTB)

2 Theory Sessions:

BO, LMC, and risk management

Equipment knowledge and freediving disciplines

Freediving breathing techniques and relaxation
1 Dry Practice Session:

Equalization techniques (Frenzel)

2 Pool Sessions:

Finning technique (DYN)

Static breath-holding (STA)

Rescue practice
3 Open Water (Sea) Sessions:

Equalization using the Frenzel technique

Duck dive training

Refining finning technique, body position, and orientation along the line

Diving with fins to depths of up to 20 meters
PRICE: 300 €.
This includes AIDA federation certification, pool entrance fees, diving insurance, underwater souvenir videos, as well as a small-group atmosphere and an individual approach to each participant.
Participants also receive a 50% discount on a professional photo session by KostekVisuals.
Full freediving equipment can be rented for an additional €15 per day.
