I'm an outdoorsman. I spent the first 30 years of my life in the mountains, and I plan to spend the next 30 years underwater. I teach freediving because I want to bring people closer to the underwater ecosystem. Fun dives, reef exploration, and marine animal tracking are my specialties. My zipline training sessions offer a balance between technical aspects and quality time. My main activity is underwater filmmaking and photography – KostekVisuals.
When I took my first freestyle course in 2019, I thought... it wasn't for me! I couldn't equalize the pressure in my ears—a lot of stress and little enjoyment. How did I end up being an instructor now? I found a wonderful trainer who not only taught but also inspired me.
Then came Dahab, and training under the guidance of experienced competitors, a wealth of knowledge, technique, and profound insight into how the body and mind work underwater. For me, freediving is more than just diving. It's a way to connect with myself—and that's what I want to share with you.
